I was watching a special series on one of the streaming channels about race car drivers (F1). In one of the episodes, they showcased some of the training the drivers use to improve their fitness for the track. One driver was shown using a similar device to improve his reaction speed. As I get older, I need to work to ensure that I don't get slower from a reaction perspective, and this is a good device to aid that.The setup for this device is simple and straightforward. If you intend to hit it with some force, ensure you pick a location that is somewhat durable. In my situation, I'm not hitting it hard—I'm more interested in improving my quickness rather than power (for power, I use a heavy bag). Once the system is mounted, you need to charge it. It uses a standard phone charger with a decent-length cord to help accomplish that. Once charged, turn it on and go to town.Overall, I'm very pleased with this device. I wish it could go a bit faster, but right now, I'm using it to improve my quickness, and it's working just fine. For the price ($85.99 at the time of this review), it's a good training tool to add to your gym.

This concept is super fun and could make a workout really exciting.It is heavier than expected.It is loud to punch.It does not sync with other music, so you are stuck with the original tune.

This is a great little machine! It’s Bluetooth capable to play your own music through and it adheres to the wall great with the provided Velcro strips. Very pleased overall! The kids love throwing on their gloves and getting a good musical workout!

This is a great option to have a workout in your place even whether you have a large space or a very small one. It is easy to assemble, works very well and keeps you active. You can keep it mounted on the wall or you can take it down and put it away using only when you want to. Being able to have the music right there is awesome. It is a decent price for the product as well

It’s good for a starter and has a lot of options. Have only used it once but I like that I can move it and hang it up
