The shank at the bottom is only 2.2" long, which is too short for my counter thickness. Had to spend another $15 on a longer 4" shank.

my first one did not work at all replaced with second one found out it stopped working after a couple of days will be returning it and find another brand that works . Would not recommend this product at this time

The instructions were not clear on this touchless sink faucet by BWE. They leave much to be desired. So, we immediately enlisted the help of a non-professional handyman, my very own brother. It took him roughly 40 minutes to install this which includes removal of our existing bathroom faucet to testing this new one.He managed to successfully accomplish the mission; however, there are a couple of hurdles still needed to be addressed since one of them requires tools we don’t have in our home. First being adjusting water temperatures. Doing this necessitates one reaching below the sink to do so. Perhaps due to the age of our home, we could not reach a level of desired warmth with this system.I use cold water mostly so this is minor. Now, our biggest challenge was the wiring. Despite this faucet being equipped with a battery, we prefer this plugged to an outlet. I say this because having to change the battery is an arduous task. Anyone who stores 7,000 cleaning supplies and bathroom necessities in their cabinets will understand.Brother informed that to accomplish the former, he would need to relocate our outlet which is placed at above the sink versus below inside the cabinets. As you can imagine, having an extension hanging outside above the cabinet is an eyesore. Thus, we are using the battery in the meantime since brother needs to return a later date to complete this project. That said, I am grateful having a touchless bath faucet now. It is something I’ve always wanted in our home. Until we tackle one or maybe both issues, I am satisfied.
