I was hesitant to order since I haven’t seen this style in person before but it’s the same brand my boss bought and had installed from the big box supplier so I ordered two. I have 1/2†supply lines feeding both and the water pressure is beyond impressive. The fact that you can control each function’s volume with the individual knobs you can spray is why I chose this model and it makes for a truly “custom†experience.

as a shower The unit seems to function fine. However the lights stopped working 3 weeks into it. Reached out to customer service they asked for a video. After providing a video they went silent and never responded again

The design of the shower gives a spa look. It adds a nice upgrade to your bathroom. They packaged it extremely well, but when I got the first shower, it came damaged. I was able to return it with no problem and get a replacement installing it is a little tricky but once you get it installed. But once you get it installed it is amazing. The water is great plus it has body jets! I love the sleek and modern look. I'm absolutely obsessed with how beautiful it has made my bathroom look I don't recommend installing if you don't have water softener installed.

Installation was easier than I first thought it would be. I just had to connect the water supply hoses to the panel then hand the panel on the shower wall. Easy with the right bits.Now my shower has body jets, a rainfall from above, a waterfall down below to fill the tub, accent lights that's powered by running water so no need for batteries or an outlet, and a hand-held that works well but does not sit in it's hanger. The only downfall and worth taking a star away because how nice can a shower be and look when the handheld shower wand is laying in the tub with its hose leading the way , it remind me of a corded house phone left off the hook.

I am totally in love with this shower panel! First, it is absolutely stunning looking. It instantly transformed my master bathroom into a "spa". Installation is time consuming, but not terribly difficult if you have any plumbing know-how at all. I did have to cut off my old shower control, and added threaded Shark-Bite fittings. The panel is fairly heavy, so not a bad idea if you have a friend who can help you out some. Once installed, this shower panel is an absolute delight to use! I have well water with so-so pressure (it's probably better than most wells, but not as good as city water), so I was concerned about being able to use all of the jets simultaneously. As it turns out, no problem at all! The water pressure from this shower panel is great! Even with all of the body jets running simultaneously. The want is another great feature. I've seen others that have more settings (massage, etc). This wand doesn't have multiple settings, but that appears to be the price you pay for having a thin, sleek, modern wand. It still works really well. I have seen similar shower panels selling for hundreds more than this one. For the price, this is a great deal! I honestly don't see any reason to have to spend any more. This shower panel is great! Recommend!

Works fine kinda hard to install with the connectors that they provide. Everything leaks unless you use plumbers tape. Temp gage is pointless.

Installé voila 2 semaines, les lumières ne fonctionnent deja plus, le pommeau de douche fuit par l'arrière, un des jets est tombé. Bref, l’eau passe correctement wn haut (pour l’instant) 3/4 jets fonctionnent, plus de lumieres. Le tout à duré environ 40 douches.
