I couldn’t find these at Walmart so I bought them here. I’m not sure if they’re in style but I use them often. I’ve kept them for years and they do last. If they get enough light they glow in the dark but not for long. Super durability and unique to have. Overtime they stretch if you take them on and off of the cords a lot.

Love the characters, but really tight to get on iPad Pro nylon cord. Just a warning, you have to work at it, but I did finally get it on and works well to prevent bending cord damage.

I bought these for my headphones actually, since I like to put my phone standing up with my headphone port sticking out at the bottom. Not only does it add stability to hold it up, but it also prevents the wire from bending weirdly, which is useful when the headphone breaks easily and costs $20 per pair. Does the job.

it seems to be a common problem, but I received the monster designs instead of the bunny and mouse designs. the bar code sticker on the back does say both "turtle and shark" and "blue" [presumably blue mouse, since that's the name of the style I ordered], neither of which is correct. seems like the problem is specific to the labeling process, which isn't very helpful to the customer but may help it get fixed maybe.the painting is a little sloppy, and there seem to be some small defects in the molding (eg the two halves of the green monster's lower jaw are different lengths).I have a similar item from a different brand, but wanted more for additional cords. this one is made of significantly stiffer plastic than the other brand, which does make it difficult to get the cord into it. however, once it's on the cord it's going to stay there anyway (until I buy a different one from somewhere else that's a design I actually like), and the stiff material may indirectly make it serve its actual function better. the shaping of the mouth does hold onto the charging end of the ipad cable well though.
