I used this for the connections and adapters needed in connecting an external 110 AH 12 Volt battery to my power bank. The bar arrived in beautiful unoxidized condition in a plastic wrapper.Hint: When drilling copper like this use plenty of cutting oil or WD-40 on the bit. Copper is not a particularly hard metal, but it is “gummy†and drill bits can jam. It’s tedious, but start with a smaller bit and work you way up instead of just “going for it†with the end size drill bit. (You need to do this with brass too, by the way.)The copper bar was exactly what I expected and in beautiful condition. It did my job perfectly.

We purchased this to make our own pool ionizer! Our first try we used copper pipe and it only lasted a couple months, so hoping this will last longer! Will update as time goes on! So far so good! We have a crystal clear pool!

Somewhat easy to cut with Dremel Tool and Dremel’s Cut Off Wheels( #420). Soldered to U shaped, 1/2†copper tubing. This was done to both sides of the Titan Tankless Hot Water Heater and got immediate stability. A simple solution that likely will eliminate stress on the other welded joints. The perfect answer to this home DIY Project.
