Our Nutone bathroom fan tends to go out yearly and they are very difficult to find at the big box stores. This fan plugs right into the unit and replaces the part that always burns out! I was hoping to find one of these and am very excited that I can have one in the wings waiting for when it goes out! We tend to use the fan as white noise when we sleep, so it often runs 24 hours a day, which is why it goes out quickly.

This fan fits perfectly my old vent housing box. Unfortunately, it is still VERY noisy.My unasked advice would be to replace it all with a new bathroom vent.
