These are great little fans to have on hand since they fold up nicely to put into your purse without adding bulk or weight. They do make a bit of a crinkly sound when using unless you hold it just right, but that's not a deal breaker. They didn't come with instructions, so if you've never folded one of these before you might be entirely lost. For those that haven't done that before, hold on to each side and twist in opposite directions.These do NOT come with a handle. I am not sure why they decided to include not one, not two, but FIVE pictures of it with a handle. I've included one of those pictures in my review in case they remove them. I was expecting this handle since it's pictured so many times, but unfortunately that is not the case. Not sure the reasoning for the false advertising.

These portable fans are great to have on hand when traveling or going to outdoor events. They fold easily and fit in the carrying cases. They are sturdy and produce a good breeze. I will definitely be using these this summer!
