I was worried about the length of the cable. I was wary that at 25', it might not be able to drive my new ultra widescreen monitor at 100hz. But I'm happy to say that it works great at 3440x1440p 100hz, which is the max refresh rate of the monitor I am using. No glitches or artifacts, perfect signal.My old setup used a 15' HDMI cable and it only ran at 60hz max, so I was happy that this longer DP cable was able to drive it at full bandwidth. My monitor does complain about the cable, a little popup appears that tells you "please use the cables that came with the monitor", but you can dismiss it with a "never show this again" and it will be gone forever.

My computer is across the room, needed something to go from my rx580 to a dell p2719dc monitor, cable is nice, picture quality solid but i dont need fancy gaming. Work stuff mostly, watching and editing videos, etc.Wish i could have got this about 5 feet longer as i had to get the 25 foot but needed 30ish, but for what i need to do i have had no issues.Was going to spend more on one of those fancy fiber DP cables, after much frustration and learning about the finickiness of DP, i figured id give it one last shot before spending the dough. This one worked and its been a few months and have had no issues at all. Cable is directional and i like that it locks.

I contacted Cable Matters support before buying these, and they said they'd work for my application. I ordered, drilled holes in my walls and all that to get ready for them, and then they arrived. After I set everything up, 80% of the time when I turn on my computer I get "no signal". I go all the way to the other room, unplug the cables from the computer, and plug them in again. They work after that, but if the computer goes to sleep or whatever I may or may not have problems again.Contacted customer service again, and they pretty quickly gave up on me, but before they did I asked if their Displayport Extender would work. They said it would. So I ordered three of those, and six VESA DP cables (also from Cable Matters). It was even worse. So I will return all this stuff, then cancelthe return for these active cables and will just deal with them not working correctly, I guess.I cannot begin to describe how much work it has been to set all this up, tear everything apart, try the new stuff only to have that not work, and then set everything up again. I have spent many, many hours on this. All because this company apparently can't be bothered to thoroughly test their products.

Was skeptical at first, though now after using the cable on my PG279Q 1440 165Hz connected to my 2080Ti XC Hybrid I would definitely recommend this cable! Refresh rate 100% reaches max 165hz, colors have improved (noticed the blacks are much more accurate) and i'm seeing NO performance degradation!For those who need the distance and need a cable for the best performance on a 1440p monitor with high refresh rates do not hesitate!I cannot speak for 4K or anything higher, apologies!5 stars!(and no i dont work for cable matters, i just seriously love that this cable works for my needs despite the overly hyped review)

My computer is 15 feet away from where my Valve Index cord starts. So I needed high quality extension cables for both the display port and USB. I've tried a number of different cables since the HTC Vive came out. The distance for most of them was just to great to even get a signal through. Finally I discovered this 25ft ACTIVE unidirectional cable that has cleaned up about 98% of my sparkles. How nice, clear, and sharp my headset video is now. I wish I'd found this more than a decade ago.

Sporadic performance with Displayport 1.4, would only work normally with monitor set to Displayport 1.2. No reason in paying over double the price for this cable compared to other 1.2 cables.

This is my 5th try at finding a cable that works and happy to say this one finally does. All other failures were other brands. I successfully can display 2k @165hz with zero flicker over 30ft. Thank you.

J'avais acheté les câbles 7.5m jojbnj mais ils se sont mis à avoir des problèmes de coupure intempestive. J'ai essayé d'abord un amplificateur DP dans succès. Ce câble fonctionne parfaitement malgré la distance.

C'est le troisième câble que j'achète, sur de grandes longueur c'est difficile d'avoir un câble qui respecte le débit annoncé.Achat de la version 7.5 mètres.Fonctionne parfaitement sur un écran en 2560x1440 @ 144 et 165 Hz.
