- Suitable for iron fireplace frame, 16 magnets along the sides to support the fireplace cover.
- 2. Hook and Loop Tapes Installation
- Update 4 black hooks & 4 sides Hook and Loop Tapes, if the fireplace frame is made of bricks or stones, we recommend using 4 hooks as well. if it is a smooth surface, can just use Hook and Loop Tapes and skip the 4 black hooks.

Our living room was the coldest room in the house because of the fireplace. I wish I would have ordered this last year! The install was super easy. The quality is very thick and nice. The fit and size are perfect and I could notice a difference the next morning after I installed it. No more freezing cold living room- it’s warm and cozy. I thought it would be an eye sore but I don’t mind it at all

I was a little nervous because the fabric was thinner than I expected, but boy was I wrong! I tried several other thicker covers that didn’t work and this one is great. I have a concrete fireplace, so I used the Velcro strip. The strip is super sticky (the side that sticks to the concrete AND the Velcro), it was really easy to install, and the cover fit perfectly. It stopped the draft 100%. I highly recommend this product.

This was super easy to install. It looks good doesn’t look obnoxious. Luckily, we have a metal frame. I was able to connect with without a problem. It does seem to prevent the cold air coming through, which is what I was hoping for we will see how it does in the summer and see if it keeps the bugs out. The color is really well. The value seems to be great for the size the durability we have cats so I will update in a year and see how it does. I gave it a four just because it is a little bungee in some places but otherwise it’s a great product.

I was skeptical when we bought this. Fireplace always has been drafty. We do have a metal frame around it, so I was able to use the magnets included with this. And this really has worked GREAT! It fit the fireplace perfectly, and really has kept the drafts out! I think we paid in the 30 or 40 dollar range and was DEFINITELY worth it!

We have a gas fireplace, converted from a wood burning fireplace, and this blocker blanket does a great job of reducing the cold air coming in through the chimney in the winter. With a gas conversion, the flue is required to be open for safety purposes. Downdrafts always made the room feel cold when the fire was not on, but this blanket fixed that. Installation was easy using the Velcro tape.

We have a stone fireplace with lots of uneven textures. This was super easy to install and I used the velcro tape provided. Nice fit and no draft coming in!

This item claimed in the description it has 16 strong magnets on it. When I received it, the paper inside said it has 12 strong magnets. In reality, there were 0 magnets on it, there is a velcro to attach to my fireplace and a rag to close it.I don't want to ruin the look of my fireplace with a black velcro.I bought it because of the magnets, I'm not interested in the velcro.

All the pictures show without grommet’s. There were no instructions so I’m not sure if there’s another way to put it up to hide them. I purchased some garland to hide the grommets which I think looks tacky but better than the obvious. I do believe it works well for insulating.

Definitely stops cold air from flooding my living room. Installation was easy using the velcro provided. The box also includes magnets and hooks for hanging if velcro isn't your jam. Not quite as thick as advertised, but it's pretty irrelevant as it does the job it's designed to do.

The blanket fits well over the fireplace opening and was easy to install. It eliminated any drafts from the fireplace opening. The only downside is that it looks very plain. A more attractive colour or pattern on it would have looked great.

Customer service was awesome. They replace the blanket and upgrade the existing one, by adding stiched velcro on both site to keep the top stitched velcro in tact. This company has integrity.Spend like 100.00 here and this thing would not stick on the tile around the fireplace. The velcro it came with is useless. Within a day of sticking it on the wall it came down. Repeat the process many time, and no luck. It would seems it cannot handle the cold air draft around the fireplace. Sad really. Be careful when purchasing.
