1.Please clean the silicone mold in boiling water before use.
2.Do not let the mold empty when baking. If the food material is not enough, please fill the empty cavities with water.

I think these molds work well. This was my first time trying to make cake pucks, so I think for a first attempt it went well. The inner mold had a fudge and chocolate cake core. Given that these are thick, it was hard to spread them. The scraper worked ok, but I ended up using the back of my 1/4 C measuring cup to smoosh the cake mold in place. The scraper helped clean up some, but I had to be careful not to take large chunks of cake off the top. The scraper worked better when putting the cake centers into melted chocolate in the larger outer mold. But it will take some practice to perfect. I found it challenging to push the cake centers down far enough in the chocolate to get an even swipe with the scraper along the back to smooth out the chocolate. I watched some videos and tried what I saw; some pucks turned out nice, and some were still a little lumpy. But I think all of these things come down to practice and experience. As for de-molding, the cake centers and the completed pucks came out very easily from the molds. The chocolate had a nice, clean, almost mirror finish. So the silicone showed its quality in that regard.Overall, I would recommend this set if this is something you want to try. I’m a novice at this kind of baking, but it seems quality to me.

I ordered these to use in my home bakery. I can see the potential these would have for special occasions, for friends, family, coworkers, but I honestly just don't see me using these that often to create treats to sell. I find working with candied chocolate can be time consuming and temperamental at times. The molds are pretty thin and you would need to stabilize them on a baking sheet when transporting to the fridge. It gives crisp edges, but cleaning is time consuming. It does take time to get used to using it, but it does make a beautiful product, as long as you scrape the top properly.

I love that this can hold up a lot of volume. I love how many you get in this set. It’s really versatile. Using this for ice making and food prep makes it quick and easy. Machine washes fast and cleanly. Pretty good quality easy to pour into. They are a little bit more shallow because they are pucks so it’s really good for freezing juices, etc. good value.

QUICK SUMMARY:WHAT WE LIKE:- Useful sizes and shapes to bake different types of foods, cakes- Can easily be cleaned in the dishwasherWHAT COULD BE BETTER:- It's very thin material, so I do wonder about longevity of the product, whether it will split or crack over time (hasn't happened yet but it's a new item still)- If hand-washing, it's a little hard to clean on the inside edgesOverall, now I don't think I'll use this silicone set much now that I've experienced it...

I have not yet tried cake pops in these, but I did make peanut butter ritz patties with this mold and it was the perfect size. The chocolate goes easily inside the mold and it is super easy to clean after.I would suggest not moving it once you get the chocolate in unless the bottom is fully supported as you will end up with a mess like me. The mold is thin so it does not hold its shape without support and grabbing from each side the middle sinks when full. If you put this on a baking sheet and then fill, you will have no issues as it has full support on the bottom.I love that it came with three so I can use more than one at a time, making my Christmas candy making quicker. One of the molds holds more than the other two, and they come in cute pastel colors.I am very satisfied and would definitely get this again to be able to do even more at a time.I love that each piece comes out perfectly smooth, and even the bottom is smooth if you use the included scraper. It makes the treats look prettier and more professional than dipping the pops on a stick and the possibilities for decorating them are endless.

This was such an easy way to make very professional looking chocolate covered Oreos. They came out way better than when I previously just tried to dip them. A great value for the money and super easy to use.

Used these right out of the box. I've never used silicone for baking & was excited to try them. They work perfect & with the exception of my cookies tasting like poo, they sure looked cute!
