Beautiful color, I made three bird molds for a tattoo inspired grooms cake for my sons wedding. The swallows looked like they were made of glass and nobody could believe they were sugar! Awesome!

Watched various Isomalt videos and was really nervous. Many seemed like a lot of work. These nibs made it so easy and allowed it to be done in the microwave. Even the flavor was not bad but they are really sweet and hard so I don't really recommend eating a lot. The item does stay sticky for several days so consider making ahead but it is not necessary. Made a great piece of blue coral for my Under the Sea cake.

Ease of use is outstanding! However I had a lot of pieces to make for an ice castle cake and the costs would have been astronomical! For small projects this is great otherwise buy bulk isomalt and color it.
