This book is super cute. Book content has several catchy songs. Love that it is rechargeable and does not require batteries. The book seems durable. Buttons are easy to find even for a 1.5 year old. My grandson has not stopped playing with it. It is a huge hit. I will be buying other versions. Kinda pricey but well worth every penny.

The books are solidly constructed and are setup so a 2 year old can turn them on and operate. Sound is very good (somebody tell the TV manufacturers). The kids just love them and participate in the songs. Big winner.

We have four of these Cali books and our grandchild enjoys them to the nth degree. Only problem is they sometimes either don’t play or stop playing mid song. The battery is fine. They just stop playing. Usually, turning off and back on works but it’s something an adult has to do as a wee one may not understand the “when in doubt turn it off†concept.😀Bay

Purchased this for my three-year-old son for Christmas after buying the “you are my sunshine“ one for him back in October for his birthday. He absolutely loves these, asks for them nightly at bedtime and sings along. He already knew a couple of the songs in each, but now he has all of them memorized from both of the books. They make him very happy, can’t recommend enough. Love that they are rechargeable, but that being said, we use these frequently and almost never have to recharge them. The battery life is great.

If your child love songs and reading, this will be the perfect book for them. My daughter was absolutely obsessed with singing and reading, and this has been her favorite book for many many months. I do say that the first song is quite awkwardly sung But the remaining songs are all very nice. And I do need to know it was awkward to me. My daughter did not mind. The pages were thick enough so that the little fingers had no problem turning them. The book was great quality in terms of surviving a toddler. The battery run out quickly However, I think it was more to the huge amount of usage that she had. I believe they have more books like this so I will purchase some other ones as she had really really loved this book so far.
