I just want to leave a review because others mentioned missing hardware. I had the same issue and it took a 3 minute phone call to Caliber customer service and they are sending me the hardware tomorrow. That's it. Three minutes!I spoke to an actual human, was not on hold, and to me that is shockingly refreshing and I'm so happy about that.In an age where companies don't seem to care about us much, this experience was the opposite!Good job guys. I've bought mats, traction pads, three sets of skis, and some other stuff from Caliber now for my two trailers.. And I will continue to buy from them.I don't usually leave reviews but I think extremely positive experiences should be noticed and encouraged. Thanks.

I ordered three sets for my husbands project. The plastic bags in two of the boxes were open and one box had lost a lot of screws and spacers. The second wasn't so bad. The manufacturer needs to secure the screws and spacers in better packaging. That was the only complaint he had.

Box came without the hardware required to install and getting the needed hardware from the seller has been difficult.

So we'll start with the fact that this product seems heavy duty and should work as it is supposed to. Now, for the bads and the reason why I'm only giving 3 stars. The hardware bag was ripped inside the box and the screws and screw collars were floating around loosely with some of them missing. Not 1 piece of this pack was actually cut to exactly 5 feet long which made my install appearance not up to my standards. Granted, I am kind of OCD with things like that. The 45° cut on 3 of the 4 start pieces was cut on the wrong side of the piece meaning that I had to pin the centers of the trailer instead of the rear of the trailer. Quite honestly for the price that we pay for these things, I would expect a mich higher quality control program at the manufacturer. Disappointed to say the least for what I paid. I would have returned them but I need the trailer this week and with a brand new deck I don't want my carbides chewing up the wood.

Got these to put in our trailer to help keep the floor of the travel from being chewed up by our snowmobile. Works great and easy enough to install

The delivery was sooner than promised, the installation was not only easy, it was fun. But, I don't have my sled yet, to give them the Real Test.If they somehow don't live up to their expectations, I'll resubmit. But, I'm sure they'll work as good as they look! Very satisfied (so far😊)

Bought two sets for my ramp. Works well but falls short from one extreme stance to the next; leaves a decent gap when installing two sets side-by-side but not worth decking a star off since this will work for 99% of sleds out there. The previous versions, with the deep-er channels, were a tad more dangerous and let's face it, all you really gotta have about an inch for adequate ski lift. They do feel a bit cheaper but so far, they are lasting all my different sleds, which range from 37" to 43" - one set was not enough for me.However, I do recommend them and will likely buy more in the future.
