What's there to say?A small set of small weights when you need to check weight or calibrate.

I tested these calibration weights on 2 scales: a small portable scale and my lab scale. All weights are accurate as marked except the 1 gram. It weighed 0.98 gm. Close enough for my uses. The case seems sturdy, and there is a foam strip on the top case lid. One thing to watch for, at least on my set: when pulling the top lid off, the 1 gram weight, being so light, tends to stick to the foam and falls to the floor. It's small and easy to lose.I'd get this set again if lost.

I have a digital scale that measure to the 100th of a gram, and although it's not a certified scale, it's the most accurate one that I have. When I put any of these weights on it, they check out to the 100th of a gram. For example, if I put the 100g weight on, it reads "100.00", or the 50g reads "50.00". This is the same case with all of them, even the little 1g weights. I was honestly surprised by this, I thought for sure I might see something like "100.02" or something, but they all check out to exact numbers. I am definitely pleased with this. This is a very worthwhile calibration set. Even thought it may not be on par with something for aerospace or high precision industry, depending on your needs, this is great option. After seeing the consistent accuracy of these, I would easily get them again.

There is a hole for the 1g weight but it wasn’t in the case. Decided it wasn’t worth the hassle of returning.

My scale shows some at weight and others slightly heavy and the 1g weight was missing.

This is a great weight set! It's perfect for doing scale calibration. They can also be used with a double pan balance scale, the ones with two pans balanced against each other like a teeter-totter or see-saw.Has a good combination with nine weights in total and they're in a great case!

Nice set of weights for calibrating/testing small scales. I use this to occasionally check my powder scales.

I ended up buying TWO sets of these calibration masses, having recently bought the Uniweigh 300g/0.01g scales, with its single 50g calibration mass.ALL the large masses (from 100g, 50g, 2x30g, and 10g) were spot on on my scales, giving xxx.00 readings. As did the 5g, but with my first set, ONE of the 2g masses was correct, the other was "over" by 0.02g, reading "2.02" rather than the "2.00" perfect amount. The 1g mass was perfect too.SO, in the real world, what does 0.02g on 2G mass really matter, whenever everything else is spot on? NOTHING, of course, EXCEPT ...The kind of person who purchases precision scales, AND a full set of calibration masses, is NOT the kind of person who is gonna say, "oh poop, one of my masses is wrong".Hence buying the second set - a change to get at least ONE perfect set. Which I did, and hey guess what, the 5g was slightly over, and the 1g a little under (again, +/- 0.003g), but now at least I have ONE set with which I am totally happy. Was even considering sending the other set, with the slightly off-mass items, back as a "return", but then thought "soddit". These are VERY well made masses (or "weights", if you need to call them that). And if 3 of my sub-10g ones are out by a couple of hundredths of a gram, so what?So I'm keeping both sets. Probably the most accurate "weights" (masses!!) I've ever owned, even with the couple of naughty ones!Whether you buy the (EXCELLENT) electronic scales (see my recent review, "UNIWEIGH") or not, if you use an old-style precision balance scale, you NEED these. Oh, and they come in lovely ABS box, complete with a pair of tweezers ...FIVE stars plus 4.997 stars! :-)

As far as I can tell these weights are accurate when testing them on a coin scale which included its own 50g weight as a baseline. Take care when opening the lid as the lightest of the included weights can go airborne. A flip-up hinge on the case lid would have been a welcome feature.
