Like all calico items this is adorable and works well. well worth the low price and two batteries needed for lighting up a “dark†Sylvanian house room.

This is a nice, cute little light, and it fits in the Little Red house as well as the Nursery set. Kiddo is thrilled, I may have to get another so there's one in each set.

the lights work perfectly-and like everything calico critters, they are very well made..... the only small complaint is the light is a little tricky for our almost 3 year old granddaughter to turn on but i have zero doubt that she will get the hang of it soon enough.

As always, Calico Critter products are quality. This is why I’ve was disappointed with the overhead lights. Sometimes they flicker and you have to tap them a few times to get them to click onto their full brightness. Sometimes that doesn’t work and they stay at a dim light. Secondly, The curtains, though adorable and quality craftsmanship, do not stay pinned in the bow it came with. So if you prefer the curtains in the little pink tie back they provided, they simply don’t stay in it. However, I like the look of the curtains just by themselves so that didn’t bother me too much.

Fits perfectly into my critter shop ceiling where it's supposed to! You will need 2 AAA batteries and a small Phillips screwdriver to make it work. Nice functional on off button once batteries are in and compartment screwed back on. Screw stays attached so you won't lose it loosening it!

I purchased the Calico Critters doll house. I first thought ther was only one light needed. But after getting a better look at each room I saw that each room has a place for the ceiling light so I had to finish the project. Grand daughter love these little critters. Seem like they could now this small light with only one battery but it requires 2.
