Used this in my craft room to keep the hot air gun cord from dragging across the resined cups on my cup turners. (if you make resined tumblers you know what I mean). Works perfectly, the spring holds the cord up but the string will stretch out when needed to extend the reach.

I play VR games quite a bit on my PC and this was the missing puzzle piece for seamless gaming. The cord still sometimes gets tangled due to how much I turn naturally to the right over the left while playing, but it's less obtrusive than when it did the same thing but just on the floor. The setup is also very easy. You can use the adhesive on the ceiling instead of the screw hooks if you don't want to put holes in the ceiling. I say this is a must have for PCVR gaming.

It does keep the cable suspended above you (unless you pump into the slack hanging off it.) But the tugging is too strong for the 3 pieces kit arranged in series. If you're looking to buy this, make sure to get the other kit with 6 pulleys, so you can arrange the pulleys in a triangle on the ceiling, and attach another pulley to them. If your play space doesn't allow this arrangement, I wouldn't recommend this sort of pulley.
