I ordered this half-size product and received a full-size one that wouldn't fit into my dishwasher. I returned it (Amazon made it easy by sending a bar code and having it picked up). I was impressed by the return system.As per my request, they sent me another, and guess what?, it was the same erroneous full size tray. Who's in charge of that warehouse?Then Amazon made a unilateral decision to refund without asking me if I still wanted the item. I think they were cutting their losses because they had to to have lost money on this transaction.That's my two cents.
