This being my first security cam system it was surprisingly simple to get up and running right out of the box. Pretty much plug and play. Very happy with the picture quality, especially a night and it has lots of features . The app works great and when I needed a few other questions answered their customer service was fast and helpful. In addition it has an fantastic warranty and you have 30 days to give a try.. Over all a very good product.
