Item arrived as promised although the box was not designed for the product and arrived torn and damaged. The product was ok but barely. Suggest better shipping container. Product was damaged but not enough not to be used. I only gave three stars because of packaging

Our front ac had begun leaking when it rained and we had to replace the seal. We choose this gasket kit as it included the extra piece to place on rear area of ac which makes sense to keep everything level.When we removed the ac we discovered the old gasket was dry rotted and only millimeters left in thickness! It was a quick easy replacement (watch a couple youtube videos) and didn't take very long at all.It has been over 2 months now and it has solved our leaking problem-very pleased.
