The CAMPBELL 6423005 Vertical and Horizontal to Vertical GX Plate Lifting Clamp is professional grade all the way. The package includes Certificate, Operator Manual and the Clamp. Amazon's price is excellent as was the delivery service. Received the clamp --- a quick inspection --- onto the crane --- to work picking up and flipping plates. Have never had an issue with a CAMPBELL Plate Clamp.
