I got this as a gift from my husband. It the best beginner kit I came across and it does not disappoint! Quality is great and takes amazing pictures and videos. Included are some photos I took using the camera.

I really love this camera and it shoots very high quality pictures and videos. With the lenses and other useful items included in the bundle, I think this is the best purchase for a beginner photographer because it has absolutely everything you’ll need

No issues on the kit contents or refurbished product. Everything works as expected and well.I was very new to photography so would say you'll need a few youtube tutorials to learn about what some of the features are as the manual covers next to nothing about them.

During the day with adequate light, the pictures are great, at night, they are terrible. Instructions do not tell you how to operate it and what setting to use. Have spent hours trying different settings and night pictures come out almost completely dark even while there is a light in frame. This is one purchase I regret.

I was really hesitant to buy a camera online but let me tell you, this seller has the perfect deal for this camera, you’ll be paying a couple hundred more anywhere else in my opinion and everything was packaged so neatly. I’ve already done 4 photo sessions with this camera so far as I just started my photography page and I am not disappointed at all! I haven’t had any issues with the battery as one review said so I’m unsure on their experiences but so far mine has been a great one!

When we got this camera we charged the battery and put the battery in place. It didn't last long before the battery went dead and needed to be charged again. After that, the camera never recognized the battery. We didn't know if the battery was truly charging in the charger or if the charger was faulty, if the battery was faulty, or if there was some connection inside the camera that wasn't recognizing it. We purchased a second battery which was somewhat charged from the local store we bought it from and the camera worked. But when that battery died, again we charged it and the camera wouldn't recognize it. (The light on the charger was green indicating it was fully charged but the camera gave a message that the battery needed charged.). It has to be a problem with the charger however Amazon cannot send out just a charger. So we need to return the camera and all the accessories and order another.When the camera did work it was very easy to use and seemed to take good pictures. We're excited to get the next one sent to us.Hopefully this is not a problem that many have. I liked the camera and still ordered the exact same one again and the return process was easy - although it needed to be taken to a UPS location and not one of the other locations like a UPS store or Kohl's.As far as the camera itself, I would give it five stars but we were upset that something was sent out That wasn't working which is the reason for the three star review. Hopefully the next camera we get works perfectly and I will definitely give it a five-star If so.*** We took the camera to the store when we purchased the new battery. They made a comment that we got the European model. I have no idea if that matters at all, and I'm not even sure that it's 100% true but if that is worrisome to someone maybe they want to do research to see if this truly is a European model And if it makes any difference.
