I use it to protect fine art, although there are other possible uses. There are various conservation Web sites and the Canson site detailing methods of use. It is exactly what I needed.I saw some lower-rated reviews based on the packaging or delivery, not on the quality of the product. Mine was sold and fulfilled by Amazon, was the genuine product, packaged well, and delivered without damage. Note that as of this writing, the photos for the 36"x10yrd version was not correct. It comes in a roll, as would be expected.

I bought this to make my own glassine envelopes (little ones for junk journaling) and think I may have a life-time supply. Pricing the glassine envelopes, I wasn't willing to pay the price for the ready made envelopes due to the fact that I couldn't find the size I really wanted. NOW I can make ANY SIZE I WANT.Nice paper, good feel & stability to it; and it's a HUGH roll. For the price of A BOX of ready-mades, I can now make my own any size I want. Price worthy... only time will tell, but I'm HAPPY with my purchase. I have a smiley face on.

I like that it comes in a roll. I can cut it to size for different pieces of artwork.

I purchased this to wrap up my soap in for packaging samples and such. I like the size of the roll. It is wide enough for multiple uses, but not excessive in size that I would have much waste if I didn't like it. It is sheer enough to allow you see a bit of what is inside but still provides protection. I am pleased with this purchase.

I wrapped this around a couple oil paintings that were dry to the touch but still very fresh. They were being shipped in late summer and very hot. Other than slight sticking on the really fresh one, there was no problem, no transfer of paint/varnish and absolutely no damage.

I use this product to cover my pastel paintings while working on a part of them and then when I am done to protect them from getting smudged. For the price this a pretty good product. I've bought from an art supplier but the price here is better for the volume.

I am an artist and when I ship my paintings I would use parchment paper to protect them from the bubble wrap. As we know nothing sticks to parchment so it was a fight and struggle to wrap my paintings everytime asking my daughter to hold this end and the other...anyways, thought I would give this a try and bought the smallest one to start. Well, this is life-changing for me! I can wrap in one shot, fold over and tape! Acid free is so important for art work too! So I was able to wrap my 20" x 20" and 24" x 24" paintings with ease without any help. No cutting and no waste and now I can use my parchment paper for baking! I will deffinately be buying the larger forms of this to wrap my larger paintjngs. I believe it's a good price for the quality, length/size and all the trouble/time it saves me to keep my business/art going! Thank you!

The paper is alright. Nothing great or nothing bad. Please do not ask for review s for everything. It's a waste of time.

Received a folder of large sheets of drawing paper, not a roll of glassine paper. This product is mis-labelled. Do not buy
