Very sturdy and was easy to put together. A little wiggle and patience is all you need for the two pegs on the top. It was very simple and easy. Other then that it's the perfect size for the area I needed it to be in to hold some weights instead of leaving them on the floor. I definitely recommend

I don't write reviews almost never but i saw it useful helping somebody, I am doing gym for 20 years and i can say that this rack is just amazing for the value. Is well made and solid, and saves a lot of space in your home gym.Is very easy to assemble don't listen other comments from lazy people. It takes no more then 10-15 min max.Works perfect and can feet any pair of plates 45 35 25 10 5 2.5If you have a lot of 45 plates or more than 2 pairs its better going with a floor rack or any other one bigger.I strongly recommend to everybody having a gym in the home like me, it saves a lot of space, and is very solid and well made. This is the best option no way,Thank you

The tree is working excellent for the ease of putting it together and the cost to purchase. However, out of the box, it has the strangest flaw. You cannot place two full width bumper plates on the top and bottom of the same side. I use Rogue HG 2.0 Bumper plates, meaning they all have the same diameter. Out of the box, I could really only use 1 peg on each side. The reason I saw its a silly flaw is that the bar as the space for a proper mounting to make this work. I drilled a hole 1 1/4 inch lower than the existing bottom hole (as suggested by others in these reviews) and voila, it works fine. If this can be done on the same hardware so easily why do they not simply ship it that way? Regardless, once drilled it works great (you need to drill just slightly larger than a 3/8 drill bit. If you drill a 3/8 hole and angle the bit around to enlarge it a tad it will work).Another strange design quirk (as mentioned in other reviews as well) is that the Hex Key that comes in the package is too large to properly tighten the top pegs. You cannot make it fit. I had to use a Dremel and cut mine down, and then it worked perfectly. So to make this work well for me, I needed a power drill, titanium bits, a Dremel and some metal cutting wheels for it. Thats a lot. But once done, it works wonderfully. The two 45's on the bottom overhand the peg, however they stay sturdy with a pretty good thud, so I think they are stable enough for my home gym.

I purchased this rack that had been returned to Amazon. It was cheaper and still like new condition. The only thing that was a little bit difficult was screwing in the top 2 posts. You have to angle the allen wrench just right to be able to tighten them. If you want to be able to store more than about 300 pounds or so of plates then you will need something different as the posts will only accommodate 3 45 pound plates

After reading a few other reviews I figured I'd be completely capable of tightening the bolts on the top rungs but... mine came assembled. I did have to tighten up the bolts on the base but that was it. Just put it down and start using it. Currently I only have about 65lbs to store on it but will be expanding on that. It's sturdy, relatively small foot print. Perfect for my home gym!

If you intend for this rack to hold standard iron plates which vary in diameter, then it's a great rack, especially for the price, and I'd have rated it 4-5 stars. You could probably fit 2-3 plates per peg for 25-45# plates. However, if you intend it to hold Olympic style bumper plates, there are several issues.1) There isn't enough space between the pegs to hold bumper plates on the top peg AS WELL as the bottom. Since rubber bumper plates are all the same diameter (17.5") there will be overlap. I had to drill new holes about 1.25" below the bottom hole. Luckily there was some allowance for me to do this. A few pointers: it is absolutely necessary to drill the holes centered on the frame, otherwise the bolt will not be able to reach the the peg. Also, you'll need a pretty wide drill bit.2) The top holes for the peg bolts are difficult to screw in, unless you have a very short hex key. You can put one in fairly easy, but the second takes some fiddling since the spacing gets tighter after the first bolt is installed. I read some reviews for this rack in the white color and they all say the same thing. Some people leave the second bolt loose, but I was able to screw it in tight, as I should since it'll be holding up to 90#.3) The pegs themselves are pretty short. If you have Hi-Temp style bumper plates, the kind that are recycled rubber, you might only be able to fit one 45# plate per peg. I have the colored competition style Olympic plates which are thinner, and I can barely stack one blue 45# (20kg) plus a yellow 35# (15kg), or a 55 and 25.Still giving this rack 3-stars since some of the problems can be worked around, and it's so cheap that I'll just buy another one to hold the remainder of my plates.

First off it doesn’t even fit cap bumper plates. You can put them on the top or bottom but not both. And the stub out to hang the weights is deep enough for one 45lb bumper plate. When putting together the quality control is junk, the area where you bolt the feet looks like someone eyeballed the measurement and you’re literally bending the metal as it tightens hoping not to crack a weld. Cheap junk, spend more for better quality.

Rack does not accommodate 2 Olympic plates on both arms on the same side. Basically renders it useless. Don't make the same mistake that I did!
