Very good ESR capacitor test meter for the price. The test are very accurate and the unit came with the test leads. I would have given it a 5 but the only problem I ran into with this unit was it did not come with the USB charging cable as displayed so I was not able to charge and use the unit. I requested a return replacement and the second replacement also came without the unique USB charging cable. The second unit took four days to finally arrive. I decided to call Amazon to explain the problem and the gentleman at Amazon gave me $9 dollar Amazon credit and a link to order a universal USB adapter cable and it worked finally. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase of this ESR meter.
