This leotard is so tiny a small child, as in an elementary school-aged child could almost get away with wearing it, EXCEPT, they'd likely have a hard time filling out the buttocks. It is cut very high in the legs and very low in the bust, but this is ideal for a base leotards; the audience should not see it. This leotard will have no trouble accommodating pretty much any costume! It has a nice, low back too! With a little adjustment of the straps, no one would know it was there. The color is lighter in tone, but nobody should/would see that and it wears well under costumes without corrupting the colors of the costume! I would recommend this leotard to dancers 12 and up. It has a ton of stretch and seems to be made of high quality material that is easy to wear against the skin and won't snag easily. Would highly recommend. This is an excellent undergarment, with noticable quality and a fair price. 5 stars across the board!

Material is all good high quality as expected from Capezio. The plastic straps dig in a bit but that's to be expected. This runs VERY SMALL. 5' tall 120lbs and had to buy a large. Small was absolutely impossible to wear.

I purchased this leotard in the color Suntan to wear underneath crop tops and sweatpants. I am a dancer, and I am about to start teaching a hiphop class at a studio with a dress code that prohibits showing more than 2 inches of midriff. This leotard keeps me covered up so I don’t have to compromise my personal style or purchase a whole new wardrobe of longer tops.I am so glad that I chose the suntan color. It’s a great match for my skin. I have a tanned olive complexion.This leotard runs small. It is a bit tight in the leg openings. I don’t have the typical dance body, though. I am 5’2†and currently 123 lbs, and curvy. I first purchased this in a small, and had to return it. It looked like a child’s leotard. Then I purchased a size large. I am wearing a large in these pictures. Large is a better fit.The material feels substantial. The clear straps are adjustable. I crisscrossed them in the back, so they wouldn’t be visible underneath my racer back tank top. I had to lengthen the straps all the way. I do wish the straps were a bit longer. I haven’t done anything too intense in this leotard just yet. I hope the straps do not come undone during intense sessions. I might purchase another one in an extra large, just for the longer straps.

Order 1-2 sizes up. I'm a 34" bust, 28" waist, and 38" hips. I typically wear a small for tops and a medium for bottoms. I'm also 5'5" and 130lb. I posted a picture of the size chart since I couldn't find one. According to the chart, I should get a medium. But after reading reviews, I ordered a large and it fits perfectly.With that said it works well to wear underneath for quick costume changes. The straps are detachable in the front and back, and have multiple attachment points in the back. The clear straps are hardly noticable, as they are more of a matte finish rather than glossy. Overall this is a great, practical, inexpensive, multi-use leotard.

I bought this for my teenage daughter, who is typically a M in women’s clothing. Based on the reviews that the leotard ran small, I purchased it in both an L and an XL out of an abundance of caution. The L barely came halfway up her torso. The XL was marginally better but certainly not sufficient to provide any kind of coverage. For comparison, I purchased the same product from a different brand and the L fit perfectly and seemed to be better quality. I would recommend saving yourself time and money and purchasing a different brand instead.

I'm giving a 3 star rating because the product was quality, I can't deny that. The material was good, the design was good, HOWEVER, the sizing was sooooo far off. I should have read the reviews first, but even then I don't think I would have realized just how far off the sizing was. My girl is a women's small, at best a medium. The length of the leotard was right, but as far as the rest of it goes it would literally fit a 4 year old. In fact, I thought there had to be some mistake at first and was sure I must have been sent a children's size small. Nope. This was womens. So with that said, plan to size UP UP UP!

The XS fit my daughter perfectly. She’s 5’4 and 90lbs and needed this light/fair skin tone leo to wear under her dance costumes for modesty. Invisible straps for on stage.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I bought this for my schools musical production of Les Mis and it worked absolutely perfectly. I needed something that couldn’t be seen on stage, and from the first picture it is seen that you can’t even tell I’m wearing anything under my corset, which was the whole point and it was super effective. The clear straps were perfect too, because you couldn’t even see them! I loved this for what I bought it for, and if you need this I would totally recommend for any sort of costume or just extra coverage for under a dress.

I ordered an XL and am a UK size 14. There was no stretch at all and wouldn’t come up past my waist - terrible, would not recommend.
