The mat seems to be a good quality and is light. It went together very easily as well. There is one corner on a few pieces that overlaps and needs to be trimmed with scissors, Otherwise it locks together well. Great price too!

QA on this was not good. Pieces ranged from 24 1/4" to 24 3/4" wide making fitting a pain. I got this to replace padding under a rug, so I made it work. Took me 2 hours using a tape measure and scissors to make it fit. Has a slight odor that isn't noticeable unless you're constantly rearranging the pieces trying to find the best fit. It gave me a headache before I was done. If you're OCD or plan to leave this uncovered... don't get it.

I put down an Asian rug that I had, over my wood floor. It slid all over when using my weights. The bench slid on the rug. So I tried this. Not only are the weight machines and benches stuck in place. They are not sliding around and really comfortable to walk on.

I appreciate this product because it saved me a ton of money not buying an extra large yoga mat. Have a dojo mat in my room now and it keeps me moving.
