While you only need two O-rings per faucet, no problem getting a pack of 6. They worked fine! Use a silicone grease to install as Moen recommends, worked like a champ! Fixed the slow leak from the bottom of faucet spout where it moves side-to-side. Make sure you clean any mineral deposits that may have built-up before installing the new O-rings so all surfaces the two O-rings seal against are clean allowing the O-rings to do the job they're meant to do.

My kitchen faucet was getting too firm to move when washing and rinsing a handful of dishes. I took it apart and replaced the grease and both o- rings. Works like brand new.

These are not the Moen 146789 o-rings. I found the correct 146789 o-rings direct from Moen.

I have a Moen faucet that came with the new-build house I recently purchased. The house is one of the cookie cutter suburban builds, where everything falls apart after the 1 year warranty is up. As part of that, our faucet started to leak when it was turned one way. I figured out that it needed a new O-ring. Figuring out which faucet I had and finding the assembly manual was the hardest part, and these new O-rings have been holding up without issue for months.
