What doesn't look like a lot of grease or liquids on the grill will quickly fill the little tin cup when scraping at the end or between preparations. Otherwise a decent griddle for the price.

I have never had a flat grill before, this is my first time using one.This is such a quality and useful grill. This grill lets uscook like we are indoor but without the messy clean up. Cleanup isquite easy. I can cook almost anything on this grill. I can cooksteak, burger, franks, chicken, fish, seafood and vegetables, fry riceand fry noodles on the grill using the high heat to seal in the juice.The cooking is very different from a regular BBQ. Fire cannot get indirect contact with the food, so the cooking is done healthier andgrease fire is not as likely. This grill packs some heat from the 3burners. The cook top is strong and heavy, basically it is one bigcast iron pan. It is powerful and it cooks quickly. Due to theweight and size of the grill, the temperature is quite hot and evennear the middle with an even hot spot of about 18 inches by 12 inches.I was able to cook steak in the middle and cook vege on the side atthe same time. Using the stainless cover, I am able to slow cook somedishes as well. I am happy with my purchase.
