Who knows if it’s working? It lights up blue has a USB port that’s useful. My car doesn’t smell but it didn’t before. I figuredIf it works no more chemical air freshener needed. Has no noise.

It works I have purchased multiple times, the only problem is that only works for about 6 months or maybe less.... Good product it just not long lasting

I bought a used car that had a strong smoke smell. This completely removes the smoke smell within a few minutes of starting the car. Because of the way an ionizer works, it can't change the fact that the car's carpet is infused with smoke odor, so each time the car sits, more smoke odor permeates the car. However, the ionizer cleans the air so that within a few minutes, you can't smell anything, and it stays that way as long as the car is running. (In other words, this is only turned on while your car is running.) As long as you understand how it works (i.e. it does not cover or remove existing odors; it takes the "odor particles" out of the air), it's a win!

I used to smoke cigarettes in my car, and I have allowed other people to since then, only when my big ol' dog is not with us. After numerous camping trips, nasty smelling dogs, cigarettes, spills, etc., this purifier has been able to reduce the smell to almost non-noticeable. I consistently have it plugged in, and I have a 30-50 minute commute both ways to work, so it has had time to work its negative ion magic. I was on the fence as to how this would live up the claims, but it has performed extremely well. I highly suggest the purifier. The only drawback is the LED light; it is very bright and distracting when driving at night. I can see reflections in the windshield, and both front side windows. I have rotated the product to find a less bright area, but it is still very distracting. The USB ports work as advertised. Great product. Per shipper's response to my question about brightness and how to dim, they may integrate a method to dim or turn off LED light in the next iteration. Just to clarify, this answer was a maybe from the shipper nothing has been confirmed.

My car had a strange smell. It's a new car so the strange smell really bothered me. I cleaned the whole car and maybe I noticed something... after a few weeks it got better so I won't say it didn't work but I think it was probably something else.The bonus here is that it does have an extra usb plug in and a cool blue light...
