I received this auto L.E.D ashtray as a product review. I would've given this ashtray a 4 1/2 or a 5 star if the can would've been at least more than 12 ounces, and that is one of the things I noticed about this can. The out liner is made from plastic including the top and it does have a small l.e.d that lights up when you pop the lid open, and the l.e.d does shut off when it is about to close so it does not drain the battery. The inner liner is made out of metal or aluminum that is a small cup, which we all know for those who smoke that Cigs get hot when they get close to the butt, and when we go and die them out. I would suggest caution and making sure the cig is out when it comes to this small cup. It does have two places on the ring for placing the cigs to die out, and they are made out of plastic and I don't know how well they are going to hold up on dying cigs out. The 2nd thing I wanted to mention is on the box they show that the push button glows in the dark, unfortunately on the one I got. This button does not glow in the dark. That is another reason why I have given it 4 stars instead of 5. As for everything else I think it looks great for being small, and portable and not looking like a giant ashtray that is gonna clutter up your ride. It does have an easy removable lid, small though, you would have to dump the trash in it very often. The l.e.d is a pretty color blue and quite bright for being that color and not going to be a distraction to passengers or the driver..

The size is not too small. Lid snaps down with sturdiness. LED light is great for night time use.

I would have given this 5 stars if it was a little bigger. This small butt bucket style ash tray works well but you will have to empty it more often than others with a bigger cup size. Being in the car helps with the size because I don't smoke as often there but using this other than there would be a pain to keep emptying. While the inside of the cup is metal, the place where you put out the cigarette is plastic. There is an easy to work push button that opens the cover, nice feature. Being able to just close it afterwards is great for holding in odors. It's good to have the hinge because other cups with separate covers can get lost. The blue light upon opening helps to find the bucket in the dark, another nice feature.There is a message on the bottom of the cup that reads: SMOKING IS HARMFUL TO HEALTH. I don't really appreciate that but maybe it's required by US law coming from China.

I got this ashtray with the lid to use it in my car, regarding the smell it really made a difference as long as you keep the cap closed, and I liked the light which is a good touch so I can find the cigarette easily while driving at night, and the best thing about this ashtray is the fact that the inner liner is metal and easily removable in case I want to wash it.I give this product 5 Stars.

Just started using this in my truck and I'm impressed with the build quality. The ceramic liner makes cleanup super simple - ashes just wipe right out. The black painted finish looks sleek and matches my interior nicely. Been using it for small trash like receipts and gum wrappers too, which keeps my car way tidier than before. The seal on the lid really works - no smells escaping at all.

This is a nice, heavy duty ashtray for your car. It has a ceramic liner inside so you don't have to worry about melting plastic or damage to your car. The light inside is a nice touch and is visable in the dark- unfortunately it doesn'y last very long and we haven't figured out how to change the battery yet. Overall, it's a nice quality little ashtray, blocks odors well and easy to empty and clean. The price is reasonable for the quality and features provided, simular but less nice ones are sold at tobacco stores for double the price.
