This is an update to a previous review as I have received the replacement and it has it's own set of issue.1. It might be a little brighter than the first one, but not much. You would think it would be tested in full sun in a car (it is after all a solar charged device designed to be used in a car).2. I set the time in 24 hour mode since there doesn't seem to be an AMP or PM designation in the 12 hour mode. I then switched it to 12 hour mode and when the time went beyond 12 PM it display 0:0x, completely useless.3 Day of the week shows up as the number of the day since Sunday (Monday is the first day of the week according to whoever designed it) You would think they would use the standard 3 letter designation for the day of the wee, but they don't and it's even more confusing when they designate the number displaying the month as MON (Could be Monday, but nope MONth)4. Setup labels are truncated in the weirdest places, not referenced in the 'documentation' (If you can call the one side 2 inch piece of paper that came with it documentation.I really wanted this to work out for me. I tried two and I'm sending them both back. I'll look for something else that I can actually see when driving.

Once you understand the settings, it's very simple to st up, very sensitive solar panel, which is very nice. I temporary set it on my table while I was reading the directions and it started charging off my table lamp! Accurate temp reading, nice colors on the display.Would buy again.

It’s not bright at all, 90% of the time I can’t tell what time it is in any condition. It also hasn’t held the time at all.The adhesive sticker I received with it doesn’t really stick to the dash either. Overall it’s completely disappointing. The idea was perfect, execution was a failure.

Product is easy to setup, solar powered is great, plenty of information on the screen, turns off after a little while when car is off, turns on when senses movement great features. The only bad thing is that the time starts out correct when you set up, after a few days it's ahead a few min and after a few weeks it's now 10-12 min ahead. So that's why the 2 star review. It doesn't keep time correctly, so I took it off. Not a very good thing when the product doesn't do what it was intended to do

Friends, I like the clock & the extra features, look good. But I get very annoyed when the instruction information print is so small that a person needs a big magnifying glass to read any of it. And if you make a mistake setting any of the 5 categories, it seems like you have to go back to the beginning and start all over.The instructions are not user friendly.

You have all day as this clock will continually lose time. It just stops working. In the sun all day and it doesn't matter.
