The only issue is the heat setting lights are very dim. I wish they were brighter. I can barely tell at what level is on during a bright day. I would still recommend this product as my wife is kept warm and it comforts her neck and shoulders.

I bought this for a long car ride as I have cervical spine issues. It worked nicely, it doesn't get as warm as a normal heating pad but not bad for on the go when needed.

I thought I had found the answer to my stiff neck and shoulders when I drive long distances.It worked exactly once. I have tried over and over to use it. It would not go on when plugged into my car accessory despite numerous attempts.Don't count on this.

This was a great gift for the woman I take care of. It fit comfortably around her shoulders and has a Velcro closure in the front. it has three heat settings and a long cord so you don’t have to worry about pulling it when you move around

The neck part barely gets hot. Fits loosely around the neck so you don't get that much heat on your neck. If you want a cozy neck warmer while driving, this isn't the one.
