This little flashlight is very well built and works great. Perfect for the general use and brings forth some reassurance of a seat belt cutter and glass breaker. The glass breaker is absolutely no joke and could be used as a defensive product. If you are needing a spot light or something to light up your yard this is not it. It will however light up a room, a dark side walk, inside your hood or trunk, or underneath your vehicle. Always charged and available. You can charge your phone the same time using it's usb out connector.

As a single mom this is a perfect addition to my car in even the get stranded. Has 6 different features and helps if we are stranded or car isn’t working or phone is dead, plus the flashlight is amazing!

I like the idea of a device like this plugged securely into the easy to reach cigarette lighter. If you get into a crash, it will most likely still be in the cigarette lighter. It stopped working after 3 months. I kept it plugged into the cigarette lighter. When I removed it to use the flashlight, it was dead. There was no indicator that it was dead. So for the seatbelt cutter and glass breaker you may want to keep it. But the flashlight and phone charger will not work after a short time.I have purchased similar devices from 4 other brands and all of them went dead after a few months. If a company could actually make one of these that actually worked and was dependable, I would pay double for it. What about it Anker?

I have already had to use this when I had a flat tire the other night and I love the brightness of the flashlight. It fits in the glove department and I love the peace of mind it gives me.

In hindsight. The picture shows this pointed straight down into a console.This way, it likely works well.I need it to plug into my dash, and I think the weight of the device and the cables cause it to unplug itself while you drive.It just arrived today and I'm going to see if there's a way to make it work, and if so I'll post this suggestion but I think it's going to be unstable for charging and my needs will be better suited elsewhere..

I find it hilarious that in the video for the tool, the guy cuts the shoulder harness instead of the actual seat belt. He's not going anywhere until he cuts the seat belt.The biggest weakness of this unit is the battery life. i suppose adding a removable AA battery wasn't an option, but the tiny 120 mAh battery installed doesn't buy you much time without having to recharge. The reviews on this site about the connection from the unit into the car cigarette charger are troublesome as well.Still, it's capable of saving a life in the right circumstance, and that is worth all the money in the world.
