Replaced the OEM part that suffered from the melted/broken brackets in the roof which causes this to fall down out of the roof. Disassembly of old part easy enough, you do have to remove the speaker piece from the original to transfer to the new part. Remove two screws that hold the speaker cover to the part so you can pop that out to place the speaker piece in.
