I removed the extinguisher from my roll bar when I added a roll bar pad and did not want to reinstall with the worm-drive hose clamps that helt it on, they are not good looking, rust, and clash with my vibe for Buttercup (90 Wrangler YJ.)This is a simple and easy to use solution, holds tight, and looks cool. Time will tell but for me it was a better deal than spending the same amount on a solution to re-connect it.

This is an amazing alternative for drilling in to our side-by-side bars. The only thing I wish was better would be a metal routing clip instead of a plastic one. When I tightened the straps around my bars, the plastic ones broke and I had to add a metal quick pin, and that seems to work better.

I will admit, I am a big strong guy. However, a HULK, I am not. I dont' go around smashing everything, so when I received the item, I ran to install it. Unfortunately, the middle strap (the last one I was fixing, ripped away from its stitching. It still work, and does its job, so just use a little more caution than I did during the install. It has held up really well after that, hence the 3 on Durability.

Not only is it flimsy as F, there are NO instructions or illustrations at all- Nothing but a writhing octopus of velcro straps that makes no sense whatsoever. Don't see anyway to even mount this nonsense ntm hold. fire extinguisher. Not worth the aggravation to even send this back. Yet another lesson in Amazoid trash headed straight to the burn barrel. Still wondering when am I ever going to learn?

Yep, it holds my fire extinguisher in place in my race car. Just need a bar to wrap it around. velcro works good, if it did not I would have left a negative review.

Fitted this mount into my Jeep Wrangler, looks great and holds the fire extinguisher nice & tight, it’s never came loose even when 4x4 driving, highly recommended.
