They are essential when installing sound deadening mats. They work great and you really do need both rollers. The smaller one gets into spaces the larger one does not. These rollers make the job so much easier and helps with mat adhesion.

I used this roller for sound deadening material in my truck, works great, very strong and durable. Its 1-1/2inch wide so you may want to get the 3 pack of different sizes for narrow spots. I had no problem with this size I know how to make things work. The ridges on it allows you to know where you have rolled the material, I like that feature!

Did an entire car with this roller and did a good job on big parts but wasn’t able to reach some of the more tight parts on the car

Well made. Actually found that a middle sized roller would have been better than having the little roller.If I were to do it over I would have looked for the large roller with a mid-sized roller.

These are perfect for sound deadening material rolling! Rolled approx. 110 square feet of material across two vehicles. Worked perfect. Definitely recommend have the wide and narrow! If I could do this over I would probably order the set of 3 as a mid size would have been handy- but this got the job done :). The narrow roller is perfect for edges, tight spaces or areas where material has overlapped, it allows for enough pressure to be applied to blend the overlapped sections perfect.
