Had Just A Regular ( Non - locking ) Caribiner !!! And Lots Of Keys !!! It worked Well but was Gettting 0ld And losing Some of the Spring Tension that held the Various key rings on it ? Would ocassionally Drop.keys/ Key Rings !!! So I thought I'D Buy one athat Locks ! Looked Locally But didnt see One at The Worlds Biggest retailer in Store ??? So If i've Got too 0rder Why not Amazon ??? reasonable Price Free Shipping with Amazon prime !!! Free delivery. All good!!! THE uni bitself Appears Well made for the price point ! It Does Lock Wirh A threaded Collar !! I Did notice Whem moving My keys& key rings too this from my old Caribiner ?? That The Threaded Collar ( Lock mechanism ? Feels A little Gritty when Threading it Open or Closed ??? Possibly a Little dirt ir metal Shavings in The Threads ?? But After Using itt. for A short while it apoears to Wear in ( And The Gritty feeling Goes Away !!! ) Would i recommend This ?? Yes If you Need A key Ring & Caribiner ( It Comes With A Decent Key Ring ) Thats Not Too heavy , not To Small or Too big. ??? I would Say yes Buy Them ( It's A 2 pack )

I mean I ordered one that didnt cost much, so the quality is okay i guess. the twist lock is very finicky and easily gets stuck. if you are planning on regularly unscrewing it, dont get this carabiner.

Wanted a carabeaner that wasnt just going to pop open at any point; I use it to keepy dog's pooper scooper on the leash and the old clip used to just unhook at the most inopportune times. Great, easy to use and lightweight but strong.

This is a very strong carabiner, has a strong spring as well as a strong cover to screw over the spring to make sure the carabiner does not open. Its perfect.
