Way cheaper than the edelbrock kit and works as intended. Used this kit to upgrade a 1406 to the specs of a 1405. No issues and cured the lean condition.

The parts are for the described carburetor, but the springs are hard to tell apart because they are all the same color. I am not sure if I even got the correct pairs. Three springs look the same and one odd one. Should be 5 sets of 2.

Springs weren’t color coded so you can’t match them to vacuum chart, no numbers on metering rods, jets were wrong sizes. Why do I keep ordering this cheap junk, expecting it to work? Learned my lesson now I’ll order the Edelbrock kit.

The jets were okay, matching the secret code of subtract 300 from the stamped number. The springs were not color coded, but you can figure them out by the number of coils. The metering rods were interesting. Get your micrometer, measure them, then suss out the closes match. Could not they just label the plastic pouches? No.
It was everything I needed…

Biggest issue I have is that there are no sizes indicated on parts .
