I bought an old 2004 Sportster that wouldn't run without the choke on. I first cleaned and rebuilt the carburetor and got it to idle but it would still pop and hesitate when starting from a dead stop. It has Vance & Hines Short Shot exhaust and an Arlen Ness Monster Sucker so I knew it was running lean. This kit allowed me to re-jet the 40MM carburetor and the bike runs great now.

I have a Harley Davidson keihin CV40 carb off of a later model Soft tail on my 1987 Electra glide. Description says it fits stock soft tail CV40, it does not. The threads are different.

had a hard time finding jets online for my harley sportster 2006 1200xl and i decided to give these a try and they are great fit right into my carb i used the 48 and the 190 since i put in a high airflow intake and slipon exhausts these solved my leaning problem
