Craftsman LT200 riding mower started up fine after sitting through the Winter, but stalled when I engaged the blades. I then could not start it again.The fuel cutoff solenoid was not stuck, and spraying starting fluid into the air intake allowed the engine to catch for a bit before sputtering out. So it had spark and compression. I changed the fuel line and fuel filter, which didn't help, so I concluded the original Nikki carburetor was clogged.I chose this replacement because of the great reviews. It installed easily on the 20 HP single cylinder Briggs and Stratton 331777-1372-B2 engine. The riding mower then started up just fine, and continued to run fine with the blades engaged. I did not have to make any adjustments for the throttle, choke, idle or fuel/air mixture.Note: before replacing the carburetor I noticed the choke was not fully closed when the throttle lever was in the choke position, so I had to un-clamp the throttle cable and reset it. But that was prior to replacing the carburetor. Just mentioning it because this is a common issue making these mowers harder to start than they need to be.I ordered a rebuild kit for the Nikki carburetor -- I'll get it ready in case this new carburetor ever gets clogged. But the mower starts and runs great, and I don't anticipate any issues.

Great working replacement on 2003 craftsman lt2000 with briggs and stratton 20hp, electrical connector even works great. No adjustments needed at all. Best value replacement I could find.

This replaced my Nikki carburator on my Craftsman yts3000 42" ride on mower. For the money, I tried it out rather than rebuilding the original. It was worth the purchase! I was back to mowing in no time and will probably buy another for a backup. It's been 6 mows since I replaced it and still running great...

This item was a perfect drop-in replacement; all required parts were provided, and all factory settings were perfect. As soon as the carb was bolted on and fuel lines connected, it started right up.

Ordered this carburetor for my 05 Troy Pony riding mower because mine was surging up and down. It came fast and took maybe 10 minutes to put on. Fired right up with no surging up and down and didn't have to adjust it or anything. Like just plug in and go. Great purchase and The Right Fit.
