My husband loves his new chair for the beach! The regular chair height is perfect for him since he has a hard time getting up from the typical low beach chairs. It's comfortable for his stature (6', 230 lbs), has nice armrests that will last and super easy to fold and carry. The price point on this chair was great compared to some others and it's just as nice. Great find!

I’ve had this chair only a couple of weeks. First off, I’ll say that this chair is the easiest to open up and fold back down I’ve ever had. I live on a beach, so it gets a lot of use. It seems sturdy, but the color is starting to fade after a couple of weeks. And I’m very skeptical about the “non rusting steel frame.†Most backpack chairs have a pouch on the back to hold a towel or other stuff; this one has more of an envelope, that holds hardly anything. And the obvious rip-off name Caribbean Joe gets laughs.But it’s not bad. It’s pretty comfortable and high (so, easy to get in and out of), and reasonably priced. I don’t come close to the maximum weight, so I can’t confirm that. But overall I’m pleased with it, though I worry that it won’t last. Hopefully I’ll be pleasantly surprised.

The chair is great. Love the height - much easier to get out of than the short chairs, but the win is the shoulder straps. The chair is not too heavy and slinging it on like a back pack means free hands for the other beach necessities . The can holder and head rest come in handy too.

This chair is attractive, lightweight, easy to slip into and out of the backpack straps. It is comfortable and using the cooler as a footrest, works well in the reclining position. The chair is sturdy and is the perfect beach chair if you have bad knees and can't handle the low ones. I'm delighted!

Trying to think of the last time I spent so much time looking for quality and a GREAT price.Ordered SIX for our BEACHSIDE house. The picture is accurate. My cousin and I both walked to the beach using attached strap that I LOVE!!!! While others on the block are schlepping their beach chair in a wagon, we are hands free except for water bottle, and the beach towel closes up in it nicely. Sunscreen fits in the enclosed pocket. I am pretty sure a beach person designed this.

I wish it was an inch taller. 15" is still a little low. Also it would be great if there was a second cup holder.That said, the chair is very comfortable to sit in and being able to carry it as a "backpack" is especially helpful! It is not too heavy to carry, but not at all flimsy. I would recommend it.
