I purchased this mop bucket as an Amazon used/returned item. When it arrived I could tell the original packaging was damaged a bit and taped back together, but nothing too serious. Fortunately, the bucket was still brand new -- there were no signs of use or damage. I'm glad I saved $20 by ordering a used item. The bucket is quite sturdy and a good size for household use; it's not too big and not too small. I mop an area roughly 400 sq-ft which includes a kitchen, dining room, hallway, and two bathrooms. The dimensions are as follows (see pictures): - Height (including the wringer): 23-1/4 inches - Height (not including the wringer): 14-7/8 inches - Length: 18 inches - Width: 14 inchesThe wringer can easily be lifted off the bucket and placed inside the bucket (for storage), which minimizes the overall height. There is some assembly required, specifically attaching the wheels to the bucket. I have read some reviews that say the wheel posts (i.e., casters) are too big to be inserted into the bucket/spacers. This is not true. Granted, they are difficult to insert…but this is by design. Their fit must be really tight, otherwise the wheels would simply fall out of the bucket or the bucket would not be stable. Keep in mind this bucket holds 26 quarts of water, and a quart of water weighs about 2 pounds. So that's approx. 52 lbs that the bucket has to support on its wheels. For assembly, besides reading the assembly directions, there are some tricks to inserting the wheels into the bucket:1) After inserting the spacers (using a mallet or hammer) all the way into the bucket, use your hand to press the wheel posts (i.e., casters) into the spacers as far as they will go.2) Use a mallet (or hammer) AND a driving rod of some sort; I simply used a 2x2 piece of wood (about 10 inches long) that was laying around my garage.3) Place the driving rod onto the flat part of the caster (see pictures). Do NOT try to pound directly on the wheel, otherwise you will break or bend the wheel and/or caster and/or bearings.4) Using the mallet/hammer, you must really pound on the driving rod to get the wheel post to sink all the way down into the spacer. You can't be gentle. You must really smack the driving rod with your mallet/hammer as if you are pounding a large nail into a piece of wood. Once you hit the driving rod with the mallet/hammer, rotate the wheel 180 degrees, reposition the driving rod, and then smack it again. Repeat this process until the casters are snug against the spacers.5) When inserting the casters onto the front of the bucket, be sure to support the bucket's wheel supports (see picture) to help prevent breaking or damaging them.

This is perfect for a small commercial operation or home use but it's only about 4 gallons working size. If you're using a large mop head or moving a lot of grease it will be insufficient. Otherwise a great product with not a lot of flex in the wringer part.

I purchased this to help mop the linoleum floors in the house and the tile floors in the bathroom. Very sturdy. I keep it in the garage and mop when necessary. Great quality !!!

Bought to replace a missing Rubbermaid unit with a broken wringer. Found that wringers are unique by brand so it didn't interchange. As a stand-alone unit it would barely roll in a straight line, forget a curved path due to the absolute junk press-in casters included. Once those were replaced it worked well for a mid-sized bucket but in retrospect I should have bought the original Rubbermaid one. You get what you pay for lol.

Makes my mopping easier and faster no more trips back and forth to the sink. Love it!

Now I don't have to hand wring a filthy mop! Sturdy so far but you don't want to stand on the handle. The plastic will fatigue and break eventually but for now I'm happy to have it.Clean up on aisle three!

When we finally opened the box there was no handle to carry the mop bucket. It was outside the truth window so I can't even contact the seller for a handle to be sent.

This is a really sturdy, well built pail and wringer. It does not tip and rolls easily on large casters. It is built to last.

My review is based on the fact that I only paid CDN$ 31.71 plus tax from warehouse deals. I bought this for home use as I had always wanted a truly high quality mop wringer and bucket as I dislike all the cheapo residential ones available. I am so happy with this purchase as it makes cleaning floors a breeze. I would not have bought it at full price as I don't own a large home and am not in the cleaning service business.

Great product! Perfect size for our maple sugar camp and works great. I had read the reviews which said mop urchased with it were too big so I bought a different map and it is too small so does not wring quite as well as I would like. Having said that it is the mop and not the bucket that is the problem. We really like it and it is used ALOT during Syrup production!
