This tube is very easy for one person to use! The rate of water release is proportional to how hard the user presses the tube against a flat rock or other hard surface until the Secchi disk becomes visible. The scale along the length of the tube has both centimeters and approximate NTUs (from about 10 to >240). The 26.25-inch length of this tube makes it very manageable and easy to store.
