The customer service is definitely a Zero in my book. I purchased my printer in April 2024 and i purchased the extended warranty, by June I stated having issues with the printer grabbing the paper. I called Epson my factory warranty was void because I had used the sublimation ink that came with the printer But is not authorized by The Epson Company.And VJC said and I quote " it's passed my 30 days so we can't help you. So I checked into small claims and I have a case. So after I told them ( VJC , Company) this, they agreed to fixed my printer but they want me to pay for the shipping!!!! My warranty covers or should have covered it ( but it's void now ). I shouldn't have to be out this expense, I'm guessing it would probably cost $100.00 to mail it to them, if not more.I have turned in the seller to Amazon not once but twice and let's just say Amazon has been a BIG ket down as well.JVC COMPANY has no right to sell this sublimation ink with these printers and to tell a customer that their warranty won't be effective.So please think twice before buying from the company ( JVC ) ASK questions and keep your emails like I did.The printer itself is great, the only problem I had with it is the printer grabbing the paper.And don't wast your money on the extended warranty.I hope this helps someone, I just wished Amazon would have stepped up and checked into this company themselves.Have a blessed day..

Updated review I have used the product and then using the product it is amazing it arrived quickly exactly as pictured and described I would highly highly recommend

Impresa muy bien pero no da buena calidad en la fotos y en las recomendaciones que dan para las hojas de impresión muy mala calidad por lo menos a mi nunca me funcionaron

The printer worked great when I received it. 1 month later the printer stop working. The printer will not pick up the paper from the paper tray front or back. I contacted the seller and they did not try to replace even though it is still under warranty with the seller. Luckly I purchased a warranty with Amazon. I am still waiting for an update on a replacement or a refund.

My printer will not feed the paper through the rear feed. The seller has not replied to requests to exchange and Amazon is not helping as they had promised they would.

This is not a sublimation printer. This is a printer that you’d have to convert to a sublimation printer.

The most stressful thing to set up. Instructions unclear and have been setting it up for 2 hours now. Can’t even get past the first information tab
