Features and Benefits

Quick Lock Trekking Poles

Easy Quick Lock Mechanism

Before using your poles, make sure that your locks are firmly secured. While the tip is on the ground, test to ensure the lock is secure by pushing on the top of the handle so the tip presses into the ground. If your pole shortens while doing this then you need to readjust the height and tighten the lock more.

Step 1. Open Tab and Adjust

Fully open the quick lock tab and adjust to desired height.

Step 2. Tighten Thumbscrew

Tighten Thumbscrew by turning it 1/4" to 1/2" turns clockwise.

Step 3. Close Quick Lock Tab

Quick Lock Tab should be difficult to close when properly tightened.

Step 4. Test and Readjust

Apply weight to the pole. If pole begins to collapse, repeat steps 1-3 until it remains at desired height.

This is a very light and sturdy trekking pole with a shooting stick adapter that allows you to steady your rifle. I used it yesterday for the first time and shot an antelope at 300 yards. I would never have made this shot without this. It comes with various other accessories for both the tip and the handle. The adjustment and locking mechanism is very easy and locks it in position very securely.

I bought these trekking poles as a replacement for some older aluminum ones and was quite happy with my purchase. The poles are very lightweight even when compared to more expensive name brand ones. The adjustment is easy and the retention of the staged was good on a 9 day backpacking trip. I found the poles themselves quite sturdy however I gave 4 stars as the included accessories were a little cheap. I do like the 1/4-20 mount on top as I was able to use another adapter to mount my binoculars on the poles to aid in stability while glassing long distances.

Handles are very well made and the cork feels great on the hands. Also has neoprene lower section which is nice to have. The poles are very light. Used these on two 10+ mile camping trips and it has held up very nicely. One of the few poles that I can take hunting since it comes with a gun rest accessory. Great value!

I've been reading lots of reviews about products that can serve both as track sticks and camera and cell phone monopod. This looks like an excellent candidate. And it does appear to be well made, the locks cinch, but I didn't use it in the field because it's too long to carry on airplanes. It's not 28 1/2 inchez long as promised, but 29 1/2 in long, plus a little more for the fabric case.. It won't begin to fit in my large checked suitcase, and probably not yours either. And you can't take it on the airplane because it would be considered a weapon. So how can one take it to India or Nepal? Instead I will return it and buy a shorter round knuckle combination unit, not my preference.

Great stability once you adjust the 2 locking tensioner properly. Plenty of attachments and I'm still impressed with the larger rub er foot attachment for added stability and traction. Recently had surgery and bought this as an alternative to a cane. It'll still be of service for me after I'm healed for walking/hiking and taking pictures using it as a monopod for both my phone and camera via the handy threaded mounting point. ( See attached phone pic taken with this product .)

Hasta ahora no lo he usado, no puedo opinar concretamente. A simple vista se ve bueno, de buen material, robusto. Espero que a la hora de la batalla se comporte como todo un bastón de mezquite o encino!! Saludos.
