The feet in my fire table were breaking off. I made a plywood base. These castors worked perfectly for my heavy fire table. Now I can roll it abound on my deck when needed!

Highly useful for a homeowner/DIY junkie, much like a silent helper. These serve very well to help support wood when feeding a tablesaw, chopsaw, planer, router, doing most anything with long or bulky items. How? I have a line-up of rollers fastened to the (narrow) edge of a scrap 2x4, the 2x4 is then clamped to a portable workbench/vise, for example the Black&Decker Workmate. When ripping-planing-sanding-routing long items such as deck planks, 4x8 sheets of whatever, siding, long pieces of trim... these are PERFECT for supporting most any material being fed into a saw-planer-sander-router, and supporting the material as it comes out of that machine, and makes it easy to maneuver boards or sheets easily. Or even something as simple as supporting something when you need to make a notch, drill a hole, trim an edge... these rollers are there to support you as well. Makes maneuvering material, however great or small, as you need to get the job done without a fight. I used to rest my project items on a pair of portable workbenches -- no more, those benches now hold the previously mentioned "2x4 rails with rollers" so I can make whatever adjustments I need. I like easy.I just ordered another Case of 10 bearings -- you can never have enough helpful support (literally) when it comes to DIY.Recommended

Good quality, seem durable. They are loud. Originally got them for moveable stage props for a theater production. They were too noisy to use on stage. Went with nylon casters instead for that use. These bearings would be great in the workshop, but I think too noisy for use in the house or office.

I frequently want to transport many items or heavy items in the bed of my pickup, but I have a canopy that would require me to crawl into the truck and work bent over. Instead I put these bearings on the bottom of a plywood tray. They roll in the grooves in the bed of the truck allowing me to load them front to back without crawling into the truck. AND they work! I have done this several times and never had a failure.

I use these flanged bearings in order to make and out feed roller for my table saw. These worked really well for that purpose.

I liked these bearings and the price. Yes, the casing is not overly robust, but is adequate. I typically use multiples to carry the load. I will buy these again.

These are the best bearings I've bought so far on Amazon. (See my other reviews.) I am using these for infeed and outfeed on a table saw. Unless the bearings operate smoothly in all directions the wood can get steered away from its intended path, causing binding of the saw blade at worst and burn marks on the wood at best. The price per unit is close to the other bearings I've tried. Other pluses: The bearings are made in the USA. The exterior finish is better than shown for the product (see my photos).

I had to built a rolling platform for centering a large bulky load and these bearings made the job effortless. I am sure I will find other similar uses for them.

I like many things about these rollers - they run smoothly, fairly quiet, and rated for a higher load than most of the ones at this price point. It worked really well for my application and I’m using them to support a big wood box like a drawer to store lots of heavy tools and equipment including lawnmower. They held fine and I never heard any squeaking which was reassuring given that they are rated 75 lbs. My biggest worry is that I am not sure they will last long outside. The casing shows signs of early crack marks and right after after I placed them they shockingly started rusting. These things happen overnight and before I even put the box on. I chose not to return them and sprayed WD40 on them instead which took care of all the rust. My logic for keeping them is that they will be fine as long as they are constantly rolling but we’ll see how they look overtime especially after the winter months. That said I still think they are a great value for my buck, they run smoothly and they are heavy duty. I’d recommend them since I think these rollers will work in most situations especially if not exposed to humidity or used outside.

Items are "As Advertised" and on-time. They are fairly noisy while in use though, but; other than that they work well.
