My last iPhone, the 8, lasted me about 5 years but the lightning port went out around year 3 so I made sure to find something for my 14. This is great. Inexpensive, simple and it works. I keep a few stashed around. A 50 pack is an awesome deal.I usually charge my phone on a Qi wireless charger so the only time I need to remove the bit is for CarPlay.Great item.

Usefulness of this plug depends on if and what kind of phone case is used. The fit isn't very snug, and, without a case, protruding plug is easily caught and comes off.It so happens the rounded shape fits nicely in the opening of the phone case I use (for iPhone XR) and sits flush with the case surface. The plug stays in place quite securely and needs to be pried out with a fingernail (but with ease) when using the Lightning port. I haven't lost one in over 3 months.

I try to buy cases with a charger port plug, but couldn’t find one with mag safe compatibility that I liked when I upgraded my phone. (Which makes no sense- if you’re using MagSafe, there’s no need for the charging port 95% of the time! Let me plug that hole! )Anyway, I have two dogs and there’s hair and dander in my pockets, bags, and purses. This little piece is easy to pop in and out, and it does exactly what I need it to do.

I used to get a lot of dust in my phone charger port and it wouldn’t charge. Now this works great to keep the dust and lint out of my charging port. I usually use a wireless charger so this is perfect!

No idea how this item received so many positive reviews. Too small for iPhone 14 Pro port which means that it won't fit promptly for most iPhones made in the past 5 or 6 years . You'll likely be wasting your time and money with having to return this item.
