I bought this with a generic mouthpiece. It fit great, then I bought a Soyos and it unfortunately did not fit. Great for Selmer, Yamaha and so on, but not for Soyos.

I needed a new ligature to replace an aging, ill-fitting metal ligature on my tenor sax. I have a similar ligature for my alto sax and saw this one. This was much cheaper than what I paid for my alto ligature. This looks and feels much stronger than my alto one. I especially like the center pad to hold the reed onto the mouthpiece's table. The only thing I don't like about it is that I had to buy a new mouthpiece cap as a 'standard' one doesn't work with this ligature (like I did with the alto). Would definitely buy again.
