I am pleasantly pleased with these fantastic ceramic baking dishes! The set of 3 WITH the bonus oven mitts cook uniformly, and clean unbelievably easy! I have have made 2 different casseroles and they both just wiped right out! For an individual or couple these are a perfect set! I can’t wait to make more things in them! I suddenly want to cook!Update: These kept the food hot for 1 hour!Also I see people are mentioning they are small. They are perfect for a couple or individual. It’s nice to have a dish without a mountain of leftovers I wouldn’t eat by myself!

Small set but good quality. Decently small. My only issue is the underside are not glazed so they are rough on surfaces and pulling in and out of ovens.

I received this item from Kitchen Pixie to provide a review on the product itself. I am in the process of creating a video showing several recipes I've cooked in it. The mid-size piece is probably the most versatile. It holds the same amount as a standard loaf pan, however, it is a bit flatter so recipes cook a bit faster. Easy to clean in the dishwasher, or by hand with a quick wipe with a sponge. I LOVE the handles. Makes it so much easier to grab out of a hot oven. I will say though, on that topic, that the silicone hot mits are a bit small, and aren't enough protection for my hands.The larger casserole was perfect for my shakshuka recipe for two people with four eggs. It'd be great for roasting vegetables in an oven, making a small casserole dish, or a smaller cake, perhaps equivalent to a standard round cake pan, except maybe slightly deeper.The smallest dish would be good for reheating things, making oatmeal for two, but in my mind, it's the cutest serving dish! I plan on using it to serve homemade hummus or another type of dip, or to present cutup vegetables with a charcuterie board. It's generous for that use.The look of the cookware is beautiful. It's perfect for a modern-style kitchen due to clean lines, and the tan and navy are very adaptable to pretty much any color scheme. This is also a GREAT option for a gift for someone moving into the dorm, into a first apartment, or as a shower gift for a couple, along with some recipes or a cookbook for "Meals for 2." I usually cook for larger crowds, but having the opportunity to use this one had me thinking about preparing and freezing meals for "just us" and I think it'd be great for that as well, although it doesn't state anything about freezer-safe.

I love this new set and it has turned into my go-to set for cooking in the oven. I have made several pasta dishes and the food comes out evenly cooked and yummy. The clean-up is super easy as well because all I have had to do is rinse the dish and then throw it in the dishwasher. I probably could have skipped the rince and just thrown it in the dishwasher, however I was raised to rinse before putting anything in the dishwasher! I like the different size pans because I can make the pasta in one dish and some vegetables in one of the other pans. I'm glad I bought this and will definitely be buying this brand again.
