The counter scale needs frequent recalibration. This device shouldn’t be considered as a cheaper tellermate alternative. Regret having purchased this. It works to an extent, but is not dependable.

It took me over a year to finally break down and buy one of these. I wanted to save some labor and not have my employees counting for 45 minutes every night. This saves a lot of time. Every once in a while, it will be a couple cents off, but for the most part, it is pretty on the money worthwhile investment, this is one of the only ones that I found that will do coins and bills. I did not want to buy two separate machines, and this one really fit the bill.

The till tally does a decent enough job, it’s hard to get pennies perfect since they’ve changed weight over the years (different metal compositions) if it’s off it’s usually only one to two cents across 25-50. That being said the one I bought was a used unit and it didn’t come with any kind of documentation (easy enough to find online) the box was in very sad shape but it was wrapped in a bubble padded pack.

Was working well for us but didn't last a year. Have to keep recalibrating it, and some of the counting options no longer work. A bit dissappointent.

I purchased this for one of my retail stores that must count six register drawers at least twice a day, typically more often than that. It took a while to convince all my managers to try it. There is a very small learning curve with these devices. I first saw a scale money counting scale at a retail convention. The hype was that a user could count down a drawer in under a minute. I'm pretty darn fast at counting a drawer, but I gave it a try and I was impressed. I can count a drawer in three minutes. With this device, I can count a drawer in less than a minute. For those people using the scale, we're saving lots of labor dollars because they are able to count drawers much faster. The equipment is a bit quirky. You need to pay attention to auto-advancing part of the counter to make sure you're counting what you want to count. Again, small learning curve, but once mastered, it's a good device. My store has been using it for several months and it has held up well. The general manager won't let me take it away from him.

Product never worked with the wall plug, was always incorrect when plugged in. When use of batteries it was correct. However, after a year the product stopped being accurate.

I was looking for a money counting scale and i settled with this one because one price, and two the warranty on this money teller is really nice. Right now i been so happy with my purchase, because is really accurate and saves a lot of time counting every coin, bills arent that hard but still; plus the roll coin counter even more fabulous. the one thing i dont like and maybe i havent figured it out; but clearing individual currency like dollars instead of the whole amount.
